Robert Holveck
Director of Operations
Overseeing operations with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, Rob works to ensure teams are supported and positioned to deliver consistent results for StarTek’s customers. Rob brings more than 33 years of telecommunications experience, including leadership roles throughout his career. He leads with a safety-first approach, keeping the well-being of his teams at the forefront while driving operational performance and quality.
Andrew Morgan
Project Manager
Focusing on market management and development, Andrew oversees fiber projects for Bluestream Fiber, T-Mobile Fiber, AT&T Gigapower, Astound, and Lummi Fiber, helping ensure field operations are completed safely and efficiently. Andrew brings eight years of telecommunications experience with a background in fiber engineering and construction. He takes a hands-on approach to leadership, staying involved in daily operations and working alongside his team to support safe, high-quality execution.
Kirk Carter
National Compliance Manager
Overseeing operational compliance across multiple regions, Kirk focuses on technician performance, safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience. He uses performance trends and corrective action plans to strengthen accountability and improve operational results. Kirk brings 20 years of telecommunications industry experience with expertise in field operations, performance management, KPI analysis, compliance, root cause analysis, and process improvement. He leads with a safety-first, people-focused, and data-driven approach centered on clear expectations, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Lisa Stevens
Billing Specialist
Lisa has 24 years of experience in the cable industry. She oversees billing functions across multiple markets, ensuring billing codes and data are accurate before invoices are issued. Her work helps prevent workflow disruptions, supports smoother operations, and strengthens trust with customers and contractors. Lisa has experience managing teams, supporting onboarding, and leading billing across multiple markets and databases. She values clear communication, teamwork, and respect, and is dedicated to providing accurate and timely billing support.
